DEI is a disservice to UVA students and the taxpayer. Not exactly sure what these admin costs are intended to benefit. How do these people benefit student growth and ability to prosper in the future? Appears to be a jobs program for certain people and an expensive one at that. Hopefully the State will examine if this excessive expense is justified.
Caught red-handed, their denial of obvious facts is perhaps out of fear of losing their government-funded DEI gravy train. Money is more important to them than principles.
The left can not tolerate the truth. It exposes their lies that is why censorship and tyranny are a staple of the leftist worldviews. The Universities are nothing but communism recruitment and indoctrination centers.
Well, all bureaucracies are employment projects, aren't they? And what do you do with young people who've been badly-advised all throughout their educational journeys and who graduate, after expenditures of time and money and energy, with degrees useless in the outside world? You must make a place for them that keeps them as far from discovering how they've been rooked as possible. And of course the flood of them doesn't stop coming.
