Identifying and reporting violations via CMS website is a tedious and non-transparent process, for which the general public should not be held accountable for. They are hindering, detering, concealing and outright blocking public/patient access to transparent pricing and machine readable files ($$JACKPOT$$) particular. Patients are first and non-transparently, directed to “price comparison tools” in order to conceal and fraudulently manipulate data. While ensuring that the required machine readable files are concealed and non-accessible at all costs. For example: Ascension’s machine readable file format does not meet regulations as defined in 45 C.F.R. 180. Additionally, posted linked access machine “readable” files, via all of their hospital location’s websites, is hidden behind multiple click-walls, using non-descriptive language, in significantly reduced font-size and inconspicuous placement within an obscure section of the webpage layout. Violations at each individual hospital location, must be reported separately via CMS. So not only are patients still being financially violated by these corporations, they’re now unknowingly being duped into shouldering the blame for it. Zero accountability for tax-free corporate healthcare billionaires, financially abusing patients for private equity funds. Bet

A bigger story is how these hospitals use the 340b program to build slush funds. They often operate a skeleton hospitals providing bad service in poor neighborhoods in order to qualify for 340b, then run expensive cancer, AIDS, and Hep C drugs through their pharmacies dispensed to wealthy people in good neighborhoods via "outreach clinics" charged to good private insurance while turning legitimate cancer patients in poor neighborhoods with medicaid away.

Carrot and stick. Essentially health care systems in our area were told would be given more than 10 percent of their entire worth if they agreed to treat COVID patients in a sub-optimal manner, and force their employees to be jabbed, but that they would lose government compensation for health care if they did not comply. An accumulation of this type of info, and the knowledge that there is no turning back, has caused many people to leave healthcare.

Clearly there were 501(c) 3 violations regarding profit taking, price gouging, Medicare abuse, and potential fraud involving access and acquisition of COVID funds made available through the taxpayers of America. Return those ill-gotten funds to the taxpayers or face class action lawsuits and federal fraud charges.

Our "health care system" is not rewarded for keeping us healthy, which would tramslate to extended life. It is rewarded for keeping us alive but under treatment. The more treatments we require, the more revenue is generated for and by the system.

Well I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, NO GUBMENT belongs in your health care. In fact today’s hellspitals are nothing more than death camps. And allopathic sick care is nothing more than a Big Harma backed charade. The hamster wheel of slow death by harmacuiticles.

If your looking for excellent health care look in your kitchens, your local farmers and ranchers, stay out of groceries that stock nothing but processed crap, owned by Big Tobacco! Yes, you read correctly, Big Tobacco owns pretty much all of today’s food facilities and are fully supported by Big Harma.

It is my hopes that people’s eyes are opening and seeing these trends and will take heed and take responsibility for their own health.

The answers are simple, eat clean non gmo one ingredient foods and fresh pure filtered water and you will not need these evil entities.

It wasn't bailout money, and it wasn't profits. It was bribes. To tow the line and support the narrative and go along with the plan. They all did it and they were all rewarded for it. It cost we the people lives, health, and lots of $$$.

Your research is always impressive and the reporting of complex information so simple. Thank you for opening our eyes to see the depth of depravity in public bodies and co!

I worked for one of the hospitals on the list and wound up taking early retirement due to a restructuring of my area during COVID. So happy to have done so. Great medical care but the internal biz ops / $$$ never sat well with me. Too many riding the gravy train. Didn't sit well with me when so many are in need and struggling and others are "living the life," chugging along their merry ways. And so much arrogance...

We have a similar issue in South Africa where the largest medical scheme is in bed with Government trying to get the National Health Insurance business and have corrupted the Council for Medical Schemes (CMS) or regulator. BTW the sponsor of the NHI task team was no other than BMGF.

We had a commission of enquiry held by our "Competition Commission". that went on for about 3 years. The Executive summary alone was 7 Pages the Report itself was 258 Pages. Our Government system has essentially collapsed and the Private sector is milking the system. We have a watchdog with no teeth.

I would think the hospital staff that took the jabs are starting to 'disappear'. I would also think there is little way a hospital can legitimately be insured at this point. Finally, a collapse of the dollar will make them insolvent like any other company. This bleak future for them gives me hope!!
