Having just read part of this message in your substack, you are so brave and respected for what you are trying to expose. I had 1 child and a step child in the IEP system and hated it and they did too. Wish I had known more of my rights back then about the medical information. I have since lost so much respect for teachers and schools. If I have grandkids there is no way, the schools will ever see them. Public schools are horrible in California and all my kids agree at this point. I have also learned from a previous iep teacher in my city and same school district that already years ago, if a student identified differently than the birth certificate, they were not allowed to tell the parents. I just about lost it and everyone that goes along with this, the push for vaccines, masks, crt, etc, etc should have their brain examined and cut off from being around kids. I don't care that you loose your job, you should, because you lost critical thinking skills when you entered into this part of lies and deception. How can teachers just blindly go along with this? Many of them have kids themselves. You need a bigger voice and to be heard all over the state. I will share in my local groups. We are organizing many groups to take actions against schools, city counsels, majors etc. Learning about the real constitution and affidavits. Only way forward at this point. Bar attorneys are a joke. Sorry, but the truth. Thank you for speaking up.

My goal with the IEP‘s is really to teach so many parents their rights so we implode the system and we need to start it over. It’s unsustainable.

However with Common Core (Bill Gates) it’s not just in California. Though we do have a very powerful Marxist teachers union which is definitely making quality education for the kids much harder to come by.
I thank my lucky stars every day the school treated my Autistic & dyslexic son like crap and he ended up being homeschooled. My daughter only spent four years in a regular public school and I’ve already seen the brainwashing too late. Ugh.

If you support public schools including Charters then you need to do more research. Sorry but public schools are no longer about teaching academics. Quite the opposite and it has been the plan since Horace Mann brought Prussian education to America. The public schools are finally working to the plan. It is all about changing beliefs and attitudes. It is about dumbing people down because uneducated people are easier to control.

I help special needs kids get their education in public school and also in homeschool. While I really encourage parents to take their kids out of the school system, because they 100% have a Marxist agenda - when they have special needs some of them can not afford to do so.
I think we all agree public schools are not what we want them to be. I think we all would even agree they have an agenda we don’t align with.
However I have seen kids get benefit with special needs--because I help them get what they need.
There are still some public options for kids, specifically some of the Waldorf schools and also SOME public homeschool charters but not all, that can benefit the kids while doing it publicly.
It’s definitely becoming increasingly difficult, and I also encourage my parents to take advantage of options for their special needs kids outside the public schooling system. The problem is funding - these options only pay about 40% of the cost.
What’s ironic is most of these kids have special needs because of the forced vaccines. So this problem is only going to get worse.
Trust me I do understand your position and I work very hard to protect the kids I help directly, and help the thousands of parents I support see the truth.
All you said was you support public schools. My response was to that exact statement by you. I do not think ANY child even special needs children get any benefit from the public school system. I have seen too many special needs children that did not benefit from the public schools. It was more of a babysitting effort. Not that all special needs teachers are the same. I'm a leftist transit advocate that leads two non-profits in the field of transportation. We were in continuous litigation with the HSR project from 2008-2022, trying to shut it down. While HSR is a good technology, its application in California has been so politically compromised that it cannot possibly work.
