Thank you for the work you do! I was at an Orange County CA board of supervisors meeting this past Tuesday. Those books need your deep dive treatment! One organization, posing as 3 different orgs is getting about $45M a year for a facility with 220 beds. The county owns the building yet pays rent to that org for it. I have contact info for a resident who asked many pointed questions which the board referenced as important yet still approved the expense!
Why is it you have no contact information? Books are the best way to not only chase laundered money but to link criminal activities and networks. But sometimes you just need access to the Books.
