Washington State has the Inatai Foundation 501c ( formed, funded, received 1.8 Billion from the proceeds of the sale of Group Health Cooperative to Kaiser Permanente) to provide healthcare for individuals and communities in need, there's now more than $2 Billion of funds that could be used for community healthcare.
During 2022 they changed mission, and even though they are not supposed to take a political stance, they or a partner creates another non profit with a different mission, Inatai donates funds, then the new non profit makes donates to their liberal candidate or liberal idea. Its wrong, its not transparent, and disguised misuse of funds with the top person receiving $850,000 in salary and benefits.
It seems that could be reported to IRS as fraud. I believe the person who reports it can share in whatever the IRS recovers in lost taxes associated with that fraud.

The truth is that the riots are not organic in nature.
