It sounds like our Politicians have some major explaining to do! This is a crock of crap! Who is in charge of the Agencies that signs off on the Budgets and Purchases requests? Who Authorizes the contracts for these frivolous “pet” projects to these Foreign Countries? This is a bunch of B.S. that no one “knows” how this is happening! SOMEONE HAS TO SIGN OFF ON THIS, and THERE IS A PAPER TRAIL! The Heads of these AGENCIES are DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE for every dollar they receive in their BUDGET! If they can’t be RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS they should be FIRED & FINED for the Tax Dollars they are WASTING! WASTE, FRAUD, and ABUSE OF AMERICAN TAX DOLLARS is NOT ACCEPTABLE!
