So there seems to be a discrepancy there. I live in RI and saw
Rhode Island $1,252,436.14
that looks to me to be WAAAAY too little. and there is no backup data on the raw data page of your report. I am extremely interested in this kind of stuff and was highly excited to look at the data and then this. very deflating. UNLESS I am looking at 2 different things.
When you broaden the examination to include all social services that ends with "-care", you will find the fraud to be so much larger than we currently know.

Hopefully a few readers will act on the data here by at least a drive by inspection. In my local area the various daycare facilities seem quite full. I suspect that is more the norm but we have a huge wake-up. The fraud stuff seems to be related to politics beyond simple fraud.
