"it is not possible to calculate directly from this data"

So who is looking at the data when it is possible to calculated. Deloitte IES Integrated Eligibility System enrolls people in Medicaid, CHPS, SNAP, WIC, TANF, Sec8,LIHEAP, etc in most states... all the big states. It has DUPLICATEs... the same person with 2 or 3 "unique" ID and 2 or 3 benefit plans. Simple SQL can accurately track that MANY duplicates have small claims ($1k or less). Some duplicates have medium size claims ($1k to 100k). A few have duplicate claims from $100k to $1.5 million... all comparisons over a 3 month, or 6 month period of time.

It is easy to see if it is innocent mistakes ... or fraud ... by the pattern of what the claims are for.

Some claims are easy to understand. The drug addict clearly has 3 ID, 1 each doctor & pharmacy per ID. They are for many small claims.

It is easy to see 2 distinct patterns to high dollar claims.

A small number of high dollar claims have HIV and major cost for liver, kidney, mental health and other treatment. The problems of one person appear across 2 or 3 ID for the same person.

A small number of high dollar claims are for NICU newborns of parents with tobacco, alcohol, drug and STD problems where the newborn is an innocent victim of the parents. The problems of one person appear across 2 or 3 ID for the same person.

Are these high dollar claims FRAUD? Or are they the result of State Agencies knowingly allowing these high dollar events to be spread across multipile ID.

Either way, the BOOKS SHOULD BE OPEN.

"The Worcester scheme ran for five years."

Deloitte IES Integrated Eligibility System fraud has run for 12 years; now in over 25 states, all the big states NY PA GA FL TX MI IL CA etc.

"What is more frustrating is that little will be done." "Now, how about California?"

Deloitte IES fraud is what makes much of the other fraud possible.

"that ordinary citizens and GOVERNMENT will never do." Ordinary employees, CIOs do speak out; not always a smart career move.

Seeing this frustrates the honest public to no end. What is more frustrating is that little will be done. We read about these schemes constantly- but we see little consequences.

Most of government is corrupt and the only way to stop this is to end paying taxes. Maybe that will gain their attention.

Now, how about California?

Thank you for doing the heavy financial lifting that ordinary citizens and GOVERNMENT will never do. Medicare, Medicaid and other massive government programs are too big NOT to fail. They should be reined in: monitored, streamlined to include legitimate need only, cover legal American citizens only, and not be palmed off to third-party non-government actors that can scam the system largely with impunity.

If we only had a media that wasn't stolen by the Epstein class...

Robert Schmidt's avatar

Epstein is irrelevant and a distraction to titillate and not be serious about money fraud.

it seems like those fraud schemes are mainly operated by foreigners..

Robert Schmidt's avatar

Although Deloitte is both the #1 H1b fraudster and the #1 welfare fraudster the Deloitte fraud involves both the H1b and the US citizens in Deloitte and is "mainly" not foreigners.

I hope they received prison sentences.

So, this leads to yet another step in your investigation…how much did the guilty parties donate to Democrat politicians at any level?

Robert Schmidt's avatar

Fraud is in the SWAMP is both R and D states, in both big states (CA, TX, FL, GA, IL, MI, PA, NY) and medium and small states. Pre JD Vance CT stands out as a fraud fighting state.

No doubt. Will be interesting to see how much is actually uncovered.
